Our no contact kickboxing class fuses fitness and kickboxing techniques. Students will learn combinations, footwork, and defense, while focusing on strength and cardiovascular fitness. We combine our kickboxing workouts with creative exercises to give you the ultimate full body workout. (Don't forget to bring a towel and bottle of water!) Kickboxing is also one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to lose weight and develop a balanced and toned body. Kick and punch your way to the best shape of your life! |
